Dropbacks at Home Intensive




Join Jelena Vesić and David Robson for a series of 4 interactive classes focused on dropping back and standing back up from Urdhva Dhanurasana.

Unique to this course – our focus will be working toward dropbacks without an assist during home practice. We’ll introduce you to a number of drills and helpful exercises that you can do at-home and without an assistant.  By the end of this course you’ll have gained the knowledge and confidence to take steps toward dropping back and coming up on your own.

During each livestream session we will provide different exercises and techniques that will not only help you safely develop and deepen your backbends, but also to overcome the fear of dropping back.

Can’t make it for the live class? All livestream workshops will be recorded and posted to your course area for a convenient learning experience, when it works best for you.
Recorded classes will remain available for playback until April 11, 2022.
