
7-day Ashtanga Yoga Workshop with Mysore Style Practices in Bali

This program is aimed to bring dedicated practitioners together from all over the world, for a week of Mysore-style practices. Led by two of the most respected teachers within the traditional Ashtanga Yoga lineage, David Robson and Jelena Vesic.
Receive hands-on adjustments during daily morning Mysore classes. Then be immersed in the topics of alignment, technique, transitions, and the deeper aspects of the practice during the afternoon workshops.
