Assisting School In-Person Training

1-week In-Person Assisting Training includes:

• 5 x 1.5 hour assisting shifts under the expert guidance of David and/or Jelena
  During these shifts you’ll have the chance to see a busy Mysore room in practice and learn basic to intermediate level assists with 1:1 teaching from David/Jelena.  You’ll gain practical information about assisting, alignment and how to effectively manage a Mysore room.
• 1 week of unlimited classes (Mysore/Led)Enjoy practicing in our Mysore room with the AYCT community and be able to receive adjustments/assists from David, Jelena and our AYCT assistants.
• 1 x 1 hour meeting with David and JelenaThis is a unique opportunity to have any questions answered 1:1 with David and Jelena.  In this session you may want to ask for clarification on things that came up during the week or even business advice for running a successful Mysore program.  The floor is yours – ask anything!
