Day 1:

  • Led Primary Series
    A 90-minute class leading you through Ashtanga's Primary Series. David will guide Jelena through the traditional Sanskrit vinyasa count and include lots of useful, detailed instructions.

  • Opening Conference + Welcome
    Join David Robson & Jelena Vesić in Toronto, Canada for a 30-minute talk on various topics supporting the Ashtanga Sadhana.

Day 2:

  • Breathing Moving System Workshop
    1pm - 2:30pm EDT 

    An introduction to the concepts and terminology of the Ashtanga tradition. Exploring the concept of vinyasa and it’s different meanings. Introduction to Sanskrit numbers.

Day 3:

  • Suryanamaskara Workshop
    Learning the count and cues for Suryanamaskara A & B.

Day 4:

  • Recorded Q&A
    A highlight of many of our courses. This full class will be dedicated to giving (livestream) students an opportunity to ask any questions up to this point in the course. 

Day 5: 

  • Fundamentals Workshop #1
    Learning the vinyasa and cues for Padangusthasana, Padahastasana, Utthitatrikonasana A & B, and Utthitaparsvakonasana.

Day 6: 

  • Fundamentals Workshop #2
    Learning the vinyasa and cues for Prasaritapadottanasana A, B, C & D, and Parsvottanasana.

Day 7:

  • Led Primary Series

  • Recorded Q&A
    A highlight of many of our courses. This full class will be dedicated to giving (livestream) students an opportunity to ask any questions up to this point in the course.

Day 9:

    Learning the vinyasa and cues for Pascimattanasana, Purvattanasana, Ardhabaddhapadmapascimattanasana, Triangamukhaikapadapascimattanasana, Janusirsasana A, B & C, and Maricasana A & B.

Day 10:

  • Primary Series Workshop #3
    Learning the vinyasa and cues for Maricasana C & D, Navasana, Bhujapidasana, Kurmasana, Suptakurmasana, Garbhapindasana, Kukkutasana, and Baddhakonasana.

Day 11:

  • Primary Series Workshop #4
    Learning the vinyasa and cues for Upavisthakonasana, Suptakonasana, Suptapadangusthasana, Ubhayapadangusthasana, Urdhvamukhapascimattanasana, and Setubandhasana.

Day 12:

  • Backbends & Closing Sequence Workshop
    Learning the vinyasa and cues for Urdhvadhanurasana, Salambasarvangasana, Halasana, Karnapidasana, Urdhvapadmasana, Pindasana, Matsyasana, Uttanapadasana, Sirsasana, Baddhapadmasana, Yogamudra, Padmasana, and Uthpluthi.

Day 13:
