Join David Robson & Jelena Vesić in Toronto, Canada for a live Primary Series class leading you through Ashtanga’s Primary Series. David will guide you through the traditional Sanskrit vinyasa count and include lots of useful, detailed instructions.

After the class, David will lead us through a short pranayama practice, followed by a guided meditation with Jelena to close out our morning session together.
